"Making yourself a priority is not selfish. In fact, making yourself your priority is the ultimate expression of love".
Cheryl E. Felder-Brannon
Whole. Well. Unapologetic.
Hi, I’m Cheryl, an Integrative Life Coach and creator of the 3G Wellness Blueprint™ — a mind-body-spirit approach that helps womxn finally make themselves a priority without guilt, fear, or apology.
For years, I lived by the same societal conditioning that many of us do — that everyone else’s needs come before our own. I built a life that looked successful from the outside — degrees, career, family — but inside, I was running on empty. And when I finally tried to pause or say no, I was met with guilt, shame, and the fear that everything I’d worked for would somehow fall apart because I was being “selfish.”
That realization became the beginning of my framework — one that teaches womxn the importance of self-priority and how to practice it without feeling guilty or fearing that their family, career, or relationships will suffer.
Because here’s the truth: when you continually ignore yourself, it doesn’t make you more selfless — it makes you resentful, sick, burnt out, and disconnected from the woman you were meant to be.
Learning to lead your life through self-priority — or what I call self-leadership — is what allows you to nurture others without losing yourself in the process.
The 3G Wellness Blueprint™ is built around three pillars:
Grub — Redefining nourishment to include not just what’s on your plate, but what you feed your body, mind, and spirit every day.
Grace — Learning to treat yourself with compassion instead of criticism and to stop measuring your worth by how much you do for others.
Gratitude — A grounding practice that helps you notice the good, stay present, and remember who you are beyond the noise and expectations.
Through programs like The Self-Priority Project, The Unapologetic Woman’s Blueprint, and my community Whole, Well & Unapologetic, I guide womxn who are ready to release guilt, shed old conditioning, and live with the kind of peace and purpose that can’t be faked or forced.
This isn’t about perfect balance. It’s about building a life that reflects your truth — one that feels honest, fulfilling, and yours.
I believe the audacity of wellness is choosing yourself, even when the world calls it selfish.
And I’m here to show you that doing so isn’t just possible — it’s necessary.
Welcome home to your wholeness.
